A habit trackerGrow a plant for every habit.
Hoya Habit is a habit tracker that helps you stick to your habits. Each one is a living plant: keep the habit and it grows, leaf by leaf, until it flowers. Let it slide and it wilts and drops its leaves.
A free habit tracker app for iPhone, Android and the web. No ads, no feed to scroll.

How it works
One habit, one plant. Here a Hoya callistophylla grows from day 1 to day 166 of a habit kept.
A habit tracker, with a garden on top
Streaks, a month at a glance, reminders and a past you can fix: the tracker is all there. The plants make it hard to stop.
Check in, and it growsTick off today. The streak moves, and so does the plant.

Plants to choose from
Sixteen species, each drawn from living plants, our own among them, and each growing by its own rules, as it does on a windowsill: a Hoya carnosa sends out bare vines before it leafs, Hoya compacta is slow and forgiving, String of Pearls shrivels first when it goes thirsty, and the Hoyas flower after a long run of care.

No two are alike.
These two Pileas are the same age, kept the same way. Every plant grows from its own seed and your own check-ins, so yours is the only one like it.
Cuttings to give.
A plant kept well for months grows a cutting. Pot it up as a new habit, or give it to a friend with a link.
What else is inside
- Any habit you care about: self care, exercise, reading, prayer, water, sleep, less screen time. Build habits, or break one and log a slip when it happens.
- Daily, several times a day, on chosen days, or weekly. Streaks and stats that always agree with what the plant is doing.
- Reminders you can answer straight from the lock screen, and a plant that says when its next leaf and flower are due.
- Fix the past: fill in a day you forgot, edit a whole week, undo. Unwell or away? One tap rests the whole garden, and nothing is lost.
- On iPhone: Apple Watch, widgets for the home and lock screen, Siri and Shortcuts, and Apple Health, so a habit can count itself from your steps, water, sleep or mindful minutes.
- Friends, care circles, leagues and challenges, with no follower counts.
- Dark mode, and a garden that follows the time of day.
Questions
Where can I get Hoya Habit?
On the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, on Google Play for Android, and in any browser at hoyahabit.app. One account works on all of them, and your garden follows you.
What does it cost?
Hoya Habit is free to download and use, with no ads.
Is it a real habit tracker?
Yes. Daily, weekly or several-times-a-day habits, streaks, a month at a glance, reminders, and a past you can fill in or fix. The garden sits on top of all that and makes it hard to stop.
Do I need an account?
Yes, so your garden is kept safe and follows you between devices. Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time link sent to your email. No password to remember.
What happens if I miss a day?
The plant shows it, gently: the leaves soften and growth slows. Come back and it recovers. You can fill in a day you forgot, and one tap rests the whole garden when you are unwell or away.
Which plants can I grow?
Mostly Hoyas, with a Pilea, an Alocasia, String of Pearls and String of Hearts: sixteen species so far. Each is drawn from living plants and grows by its own rules.
